PeopleEQ offers employees a one-stop shop for SPX's benefits, wellbeing program, and communications that can be accessed either through the SPX PeopleEQ website or mobile app. PeopleEQ offers the following features to employees:

• Health risk assessment that provides a personalized health journey of holistic suggestions on dimensions of wellbeing, habits, biometrics, and health conditions
• Health, prevention, and wellbeing-focused activities
• Educational courses and content to support overall wellbeing
• Company, peer-to-peer, and personal challenges
• Employer benefit information and resources
• Ability to connect and integrate activity devices (such as Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health, Google Fit, and more)

Benefit-eligible employees can access the wellness portal, PeopleEQ, and participate in healthy program activities. However, to start earning incentives, you and your covered spouse must be enrolled in one of the three medical plans: Basic HSA, Choice HSA, or Core Plus Plan.
